Welcome to Z-Craft, designers and manufacturers of excellence in wood. Our passion is the creation of custom solid wood pieces. We use only the finest woods and hardware to make some of the most elegant solid wood pieces in the area. In additional we also specialize in the repair and restoration of fine and every-day pieces. Philosophy

Fine pieces designed and crafted from exotic (and not so exotic) solid hardwoods. It's that simple at Z-Craft.

We are moving into the fall line for 2009 and work has already begun to back fill the shed with air-dried woods for crafting in 2010. We are considering a departure for 2010 breaking into some new areas of design and construction. In addition to our heirloom line of signature pieces Z-Craft Woodworking is a provider of custom wood designed products in and around the Chicago, IL area. We make custom elements to fit the unique needs, space requirements as well as decor and color matching. We make everything from unique design pieces like color matched lazy susans and custom designed cutting boards, to built in shelving units, client inspired furniture sets, and unique custom designed furniture to match decor or existing pieces.
